Our Series
Meet our product series. All standard profiles are based on a Series17 or 23 specification. Fire retardant systems fall under the Series100 and Series100LS banners. We also have capabilities to run increased fire retardant products away from the ones below. Get in touch for further details or if you feel unsure on exactly what Series suits your project.
Series17
Standard Isophthalic Resin System
The Series17 profile is our standard pultruded profile specification. Conforming to standards set out in BS EN13706, profiles up to 5mm in wall thickness will achieve a minimum of 17GPa in section modulus.
Series23
Standard Isophthalic Resin System
Similar to the Series17, Series23 is built for profiles over 5mm in wall thickness. These profiles will achieve a minimum of 23GPa in section modulus.
Series100
Fire Retardant Resin System
Our Series100 profile are built for fire retardancy. Using the highest quality materials and most up to date resin systems, Series100 achieves BS 476:pt7-1 and can reach a maximum of B, S3, D0 with the Eurocode EN13501
Series100LS
Fire Retardant Resin System
Another one of our revolutionary fire retardant systems, designed for internal use in mind. The Series100LS is manufactured to offer low smoke levels when burning. Achieving BS 476:pt7-1, it also reaches a maximum of B,S1,D0 within EN13501. The ultimate fire retardant system for any application.
